We welcome patients of all ages to our practice. Infants are recommended to have their first dental visit by 1 yr old or within 6 months of their first tooth coming in. All children should also be seen every 6 months to ensure their teeth are developing properly and that any signs of tooth decay are caught early. We are able to treat children comfortably in our office. Services for children that we provide include, check-ups, cleanings, sealants, fluoride treatments, white fillings, nerve treatments, extractions, emergency treatment, and orthodontic evaluations.
Sometimes toothaches, injuries, or infections happen when we least expect it. We are here to help treat emergencies as they arise. Please call us as soon as possible if any of the following occurs: severe toothache or mouth pain, abscess or swelling, chipped or broken tooth, knocked-out tooth, lost dental crown, lost filling, broken filling/restoration, or facial trauma. We will evaluate the problem over the phone and provide any immediate recommendations while scheduling you for an emergency appointment as soon as possible.
Prior to your exam, all the necessary X-Rays needed to keep your teeth healthy will be taken. A thorough evaluation of the head and neck, teeth, gums, bone, and other oral tissues will be done. A comprehensive treatment plan will be created to help you address any issues and an individualized care plan will be formulated to help keep your mouth healthy.
Digital x-rays help us to see areas that we can’t see with the naked eye and are essential as part of a full dental evaluation. We utilize the latest x-ray technology, including an in-office Cone Beam Computerized Tomography (CBCT) machine (3D imaging) as well as digital X-rays that can be reviewed immediately.
When tartar buildup occurs under the gums, it can lead to inflammation, possible infection, and chronic gum disease. A deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) is necessary when a traditional cleaning isn’t able to remove these deposits under the gum line. Removing this tartar buildup is essential to maintaining healthy bone and gums. After a deep cleaning, you will be recommended a personalized care plan to help to keep further build up from occurring under the gum line.
Crooked and misaligned teeth can be easily corrected with clear aligners, which are more discreet and more comfortable than traditional orthodontic treatments like braces. We will utilize our digital scanner to complete a consultation to determine if clear aligners are right for you.
If you are experiencing pain associated with clenching and/or grinding during your sleep or we notice signs of wear associated with these habits during our exam, we may recommend a dental night guard to be worn over your teeth when you sleep. Night guards help to cushion the jaw joint (TMJ) and can help to protect the teeth from further wear.

When there’s too much tooth structure missing from decay or damage, a crown is needed to help you continue to smile and function without fear of further damage. A crown is also needed after an implant has been placed. We utilize a digital scanner to take a digital impression for our lab to fabricate a natural looking crown that blends into the rest of your smile.

When a tooth experiences large decay, is severely damaged, or is severely misaligned, sometimes the best option is to remove the tooth in order to prevent further complications. Wisdom teeth that aren’t growing in properly or are affecting the health of other teeth are also often recommended for extraction. We will make sure to keep you as comfortable as possible during any needed extractions.
Dentures are removable prosthetics that allow for replacement of one or multiple teeth. Sometimes they can be utilized for a short period of time when teeth are waiting to be replaced with a more permanent option, like an implant. Other times, they can be used long-term. Complete dentures are used when all of the teeth are being replaced, while partial dentures are used to replace teeth when other teeth are able to help hold the denture in place. We always customize our treatment recommendations to make sure our patients are satisfied with their tooth replacement option.
