A deep cleaning (scaling and root planing) is necessary when a traditional cleaning isn’t able to remove these deposits under the gum line. Removing this tartar buildup is essential to maintaining healthy bone and gums. After a deep cleaning, you will be recommended a personalized care plan to help to keep further build up from occurring under the gum line.

Dentures

Dentures are removable prosthetics that allow for replacement of one or multiple teeth. Sometimes they can be utilized for a short period of time when teeth are waiting to be replaced with a more permanent option, like an implant. Other times, they can be used long-term. Complete dentures are used when all of the teeth are being replaced, while partial dentures are used to replace teeth when other teeth are able to help hold the denture in place. We always customize our treatment recommendations to make sure our patients are satisfied with their tooth replacement option.
